Technical advice, project management
We provide support at every stage of the building structure strengthening process - from the first technical advice to the handover. We manage the entire project process and ensure that the solution is efficient, safe and durable.
Openings, slab or wall openings
We carry out opening extensions, slab and wall penetrations with precise structural design and safe reinforcement. In all interventions, the preservation of the load-bearing capacity of the structure and the efficiency of the execution are the most important aspects.
Industrial floor repair and renovation
We repair and renovate industrial floors with heavy-duty, quick-jointing and durable systems. We ensure minimal disruption to building operations during repairs. With our solutions, damaged, cracked or sunken floors will be safe and long-lasting again.
Reinforcement of the supporting structure
For all our projects, we use reinforcement solutions adapted to the characteristics of the structure. In addition to traditional reinforced concrete or steel reinforcement, we also use advanced carbon fibre composite systems.
Concrete repair, concrete coatings
We preserve and restore concrete structures using certified repair materials and protective coatings to maintain durability and aesthetics. Our solutions are designed to restore structural integrity and provide long-term corrosion protection.
Structure lifting, moving
Lifting of the structure may be necessary in connection with the renovation or strengthening of the supporting structure. Such cases include the replacement of coupling elements, the creation of structural overhangs or the installation of additional supports. Lifting and moving of structures is carried out with detailed technological planning and continuously controlled technologies.

SURE Structure Ltd. was founded by Zoltán Kertész, a chartered structural engineer, with the aim of creating an engineering company that offers optimized, efficient and durable solutions in the field of structural preservation, repair, strengthening and retrofitting.
Our mission is to implement the best technical solution for every structural problem - not the simplest, but the most appropriate.
In our experience, inappropriate or even harmful solutions are often found in domestic practice, simply because:
designers are not aware of the modern technologies available
contractors apply standard procedures in all situations
or the market interests of certain building materials distributors influence decisions
For me, as a third generation civil engineer, engineering precision is a real family tradition. It is an approach I have carried forward throughout my career, both in domestic and multinational environments: first as a junior, then as a senior engineer, and now as a contractor engineer. I always put professionalism and state-of-the-art solutions first, as today's structural designs define our environment for generations. I bring the same values to the operation of SURE Structure Ltd.
I believe that there is an effective, economical and sustainable solution to most structural problems - with the right professionals working together.
In many cases, demolition and rebuilding can be avoided at great cost, time and environmental impact, while the life of existing structures can be safely extended and in most cases the building can be used during the works.
