SURE Structure Ltd. is committed to protecting the personal data of its partners and customers and pays special attention to the compliance with the applicable data protection legislation, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

The purpose of the data processing is related to the engineering services provided by SURE Structure Ltd (structural preservation, repair, reinforcement, reconstruction): contacting and maintaining contact, handling requests for proposals, preparing and executing contracts, handling customer and partner communication, fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. invoicing).

When contacting us via the website, e-mail or telephone, the following personal data may be provided: name, e-mail address, telephone number, company name (if relevant), the content of the message and other data necessary for the administration of the transaction.

Legal basis for processing: the data subject's voluntary consent and processing necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.

The Data Controller will not disclose personal data to third parties, unless: necessary for the performance of the service (e.g. accounting, courier service) or required by law. Personal data will be processed only by the Data Controller's authorised staff.

The Data Controller processes the data provided in connection with a request for an offer or contact until the request is closed, or for a maximum of 12 months, after which it is deleted if no contract is concluded and there is no legal obligation to retain it.

The data subject has the right to: request information about the processing of his or her personal data, request the rectification or erasure of his or her data, request the restriction of processing, object to processing, withdraw his or her consent at any time. The data subject may submit his or her request by e-mail to kertesz.zoltan@sure-structure.hu.

The Data Controller shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the secure processing of personal data and shall take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, loss or misuse.
